The Late Lamented Episode 9 Is Here
Submitted by Leo Laporte on 19 June, 2005 - 1:19pm.

It's here. It's here. I sincerely apologize for the lateness of this episode. Several unforseen technical issues, including a hard drive crash and an FTP failure, plus my monthly week in Canada taping Call for Help, delayed the editing. I'm also still learning how best to mix these tracks. It's getting easier every time as I learn my way around Adobe Audition.

I can't promise it won't happen again but I can promise we'll continue to record on schedule and I'll do my best to get it out as quickly as I can thereafter.

Unforutnately we're having serious issues with the web site right now, so you'll have to get your copy from one of the mirrors.

In this Episode:

Episode 10 will be out in the next 24 hours, which means there's going to be a traffic jam on the site. Please be patient, use BitTorrent if you can, and watch for a couple of big distribution deal announcements this week to ease your pain. It's getting better all the time.

He's probably just tired (doing CFH, KFI, TLR, TWiT must be tiring) and on the twit web site the last few days he's been defending against angry subscribers for the lack of regular releases. I subsribed myself, and although the irregular release is a little annoying, it is a voluntary subscription and they always release enough shows to cover the weeks they've been out....10 looks to have been just released.

It's Episode 10 and TWiT goes double digits.
