It's been involved in exercises off the coast here, with the us and cdn forces. The french are in port, and they have like 4 other ships with them, this was the only one of interest though. I forgot to mention a couple things when i first posted this.
1)composition of 4 images
2)the damn thing as waaaaaaaaaaaay off shore. so if it doesn't look all that big...it is

right
the thing heading out towards the carrier is Theodore the Tugboat(big tourist attration-built just like the show)
and it is the full size of a tugboat....there is a small craft just off the bow also.
There are forrest fires that are really bad up in quebec, and the smoke has blown down here, and with the low pressure system we're in right now, it's like trapping all the smoke and crap in...and it's all hazy and gross.

no i've nevershot that lighthouse before, but want to get over to that island some day soon.
