Nothing creative on the images, and not a spectacular car. But it gets me where i need to be...so far.

well matey its not new new but its new to me :) i sold my old 81 commodore to a young lad (was a real boy racers car, i had spent thousands on the donk paint and suspension) and i got something a little more sedate, a 96 commodore :) it still goes decent for a standard donk and its far more reliable, especially with the winter approaching i like to actually turn the key and hear the engine start instead if winding the battery flat (my old commodore had triple SU carbs with no chokes, new one is completly fuel injected.) but yer i will post some pics :)
cheers :) :)

what year was the sportster? my dad used to have a 78 Sportster. It was the 75th Anniversary Edition... he sold it so he could put the money towards his new bike, '02 Harley Softail Standard... I know I've got some pics of them around here, I'll see if I can find them. I miss the sportster :( it was kick ass lol

my sporty was a 91, but it was far from a sporty, the thing was a performance machine, serious engine work, electronics, customization, totally unique and damn fast.....for a harley.
i sold the sporty to buy a softail, but the buell was too much fun to ride and i didn't have to wait to get one. then the speeeeeed bug hit and the buell was too slow...enter the r1.
i'm regressing, should be going from fast to cruiser, but i wouldn't have it any other way.

Here's my baby. He's a few years old, dirty and paint is missing here and there because certain people cannot drive and park, but hey its get me anywhere, it's nifty and fast and...............RED!!!
lothodon

a40, the red was the same year but a 2 wheel drive, this one is an "off road" edition 4x4, and it's BIG. those tires sit a whopping 33" and it's a little jump for me of 6'4" to get into it.
the way a 4x4 should be.

Well i still havent had a chance to get a shot of my own car, (go to work in the dark and come home in the dark :( ) so thought id post a pic of the rent-a-wreck that i got last week while on holidays in Melbourne.
Its a 2005 VZ Holden statesman, long wheel base model, had tonnes of room in the back, not that i spent much time in the back :) man we flogged it, the engine redlines a 7000RPM :) and it goes like a rocketship. New car price is around $60,000 AU
cheers :) :)

When i was younger i did have a red mk2 escort :D Looks a bit old now but at the time every boy racer had one or a mk1... Strange thing i only had it for about 3 months as some how it hit another car :shakeshea

If i ever had the spare cash i would still love a mk2 RS2000 even now.....

I suppose EYEREX, TinBin could make a detour to South London first, and then up to North London. It could give me more time with TinBin AND the car, as I know then you would not be waiting (just kidding):D

Thanks man, I actually hadn't seen most of those pictures yet.
As for it being shiney, the sad thing is, it's fairly dirty in those pictures... the road into the track is a few km's of dirt and gravel.
Reminds me, I should detail the car this afternoon. Yeah, vacation!
This isn't my daily driver, but I do sometimes drag around behind it in the summer time!
