Yes tonights movie is super size me more of a documentary than a film hope it's good and doesn't put me off my Mac "D" well i'm more of a burger king person "yum" My main problem with take way is that i can eat it till the cows come home and never put weight on :-) "born to be skinny"

yea, the movie was entertaining
it would have been nice if he had gotten a cross-section of people to do it with him
so you could see how if affects different people, different metabolisms and bodytypes

i had pretty much already quit eating mcky'd's food - as if i didnt have a constant diet of it, it would require a couple of meals to associate my stomach w/ handling the rare chemicals in the food that would give me stomach aches...

dont get me wrong, i didnt go cold turkey like the guy in the movie did
i dont eat mcky'd's; but still hit wendy's, krystal, most chain sit-down restaurants, and still eat most of my steaks medium rare

Haha i remember when this hit the cinemas here, McDonalds went into damage control and released a series of commercials. One of them started by saying "well by now you would have seen the movie about the man who ate mcdonalds for a month, well this is rediculous and very unsafe on his behalf, not only did he eat the same thing for 30days but he gave up excersise" it went on to say that you should eat a ballanced diet and consult your doctor blah blah. I found this hilarious as i had no idea what they were on about, as i had not seen the movie.
Anyways when i get a chance i will indeed have a look at supersize me.
