I trust that you had a smooth ride here :)

The domain names have been switched over, so www.optical-edge.net (http://www.optical-edge.net) and www.cdretc.com (http://www.cdretc.com) should bring you to the site, and if they don't it's probably just a matter of time before your ISP picks up the domain change.

I'm sure you're probably thinking that the site looks a helluva lot different now than it did before, this is due to the fact that we ditched phpBB in favor of vBulletin, which will give us much more flexability and customizing with the site than we had before.

I've spent about the last 3 weeks installing and playing around with the new site, trying to figure it all out, and I think I've worked out all the bugs by now, but if you do happen to come across anything unusual, feel free to post in here to let me know and I'll do my best to take a look at it and see if I can figure it out ;)

So, grab a seat... make sure you've got a tight grip on your mouse and take a look around the site. There's plenty of new stuff, and I'll post again in the morning explaining some of the new features... but for now I think I need some sleep.

By the way, I know that there may be a few things that some of you are used to seeing on the old site that aren't present on this site yet... have no fear, we're just trying to figure out the best way to include them in this site. :cool:

Yer agreed the feel is good, i gota ask, how does the time on OE work? it seems to go up and down, round and round LOL, just curious as to how it works?

It keeps updating as long as you are browsing the board. Whenever you click on a hyperlink and browse another page it updates the time spent in the forum. :)

I just thought it would be a fun little addition to the site to see how much time people are wasting on here :lol:

Looks good - I really like the arcade - feels good to get my name on top, and I will have to do it right now cause the serious players will come in soon. LOL

you guys have realy done a fine job. this is the best update you have ever done, other than the very first time cdretc was made. that was and is the best historical mark on the net.

my hat is off to you all that worked hard and stay up working on this.

the game stop on the forum is tops. how could you get any better.
