the most disturbing thing i've found about this so far is that NOBODY i work with has even heard of this.

i'm looking more forward to this movie than star wars 3.

Same here m8. First saw it when it aired on PBS many years back.

Thought it was hilarious. Still have the books. Recently got the dvd series
from Netflix.

No one at work has heard of "Red Dwarf" either.

its definite that i dont have time to read it before it comes out

i have listed to the BBC dramatization of (12 cds) back in the day (2000) though i bet thats a abridged version of the complete book

oh well, maybe ill get a chance to listen to it again before the movie and catch up on the a good old story

hehe now thats a classic, they have been showing the repeats on the classic channel here for the last few months, very funny show along with the young ones and men behaving badly :)
But im a little out of the loop with the backpackers guide to the universe, i admitt that i have heard of the show but dont think i have ever seen any of it :oops: ill check out the trailer and see if jogs my memory.

just seen it on DVD and wished i had gone to my local homebase and got a tin of paint and painted a wall and watched it dry as the film was piss poor loved the BBC series but this film was pure crap..
