Hello all just a little something
Blending the easy way. The pic below is what the end result will look like with a simple blend

First make a background and find the pic you want to blend

Place the car on top on your background then with the lasso tool and with a feather of about 20 (see top bar) draw around the car, everything inside the lasso will stay the same and everything outside will blend.

Then just click the add layer mask..(Bottom right)

All done just merge layers and add 2 pixel border and your done..

whats the easiest way to add a border without using stroke?

If you just want a plain colour one just go to top tool bar : image, canvas size and just add something like a 2 pixels border plus tick the relative box...

I can make the background but dont know how to add the pic that i want to use, just learning you see!!!

I first choose a colour then filter>render>clouds then change the light effects to something that i like and then i'm try to add a small jpeg image of a car, one that i got from your car wallpapers post, just trying to figure it out really.
